A 12-acre development that is one of the most historically important and archaeologically significant site in the Hawaiian Islands. Once the political seat of Hawaii and home to various Royalty, including King Kamehameha III. Project is comprised of a new 84-stall parking lot, restored wetlands area, two fish ponds, a 1-acre island and various “hales” or buildings, among them the re-construction of the residence of the former King. |
